Tim Tozer

Tim Tozer was born in Portsmouth, UK, and studied painting at the Winchester School of Art and the University of Ulster at Belfast, Northern Ireland. In 1994, he moved to the United States upon receiving the Andy Warhol Scholarship for study at the New York Academy of Art. Since earning his MFA in painting, he has taught at numerous locations in the United States, including Indiana University, the Minneapolis College of Art and Design, and the University of Wisconsin-Stout where he is currently a Professor in Painting and Drawing. He has exhibited both nationally and internationally.
