Studio 21
Studio 21 is our newest acquisition (June 2019) and is the former North Shore Pharmacy building. The front portion of Studio 21 is available as an add-on space for individual or group residencies or event rental. Artists-in-Residence must primarily rent the Pill Box and then can add on the Studio 21 convening space.

Studio Equipment and amenities:
- Approximately 800 square feet of space
- Easels
- Tables
- Chairs
- Lights
- Butcher paper
- Cleaning fees will be applied
- Wash out basin sink (in the Pill Box)
- Note that wall space is not available for use
2023 residency rates, based on a 5 to 7 day week:
- 1 week | $100
- 2 weeks | $200
- 3 weeks | $300
- 4 weeks | $400
