Technique, Temperature, and Texture in Fusing

Learn an array of creative possibilities, including cutting, fusing, slumping, and shaping glass in a kiln. Students will explore the methods and science behind a variety of fusing processes and Jeffrey will discuss the nature of glass, how it reacts to changing temperatures, and proper kiln firing schedules for specific purposes. Students will complete exercises and projects that apply to the variety of methods covered.
