Printmaking Camp (Ages 8 – 12)

Students will explore printmaking and elements of design, including positive and negative space, pattern, and texture, while utilizing found objects and more traditional printmaking materials. Monica will teach students to build a matrix and carve a relief block, practice reduction prints, and the class will print by hand as well as with a press. Printing surfaces will include both paper and textiles and everyone will go home with an assortment of unique, handmade prints.

This camp is open to youth ages 8 – 12 years of age.

REGISTRATION NOTES

This class must meet minimum enrollment by June 17, 2022 at 4 PM. Please register before this date to ensure your spot.
