Game Changing Plein Air

Join Krystal for this packed half-day class and acquire an understanding of the effective use of grisaille and sight size as well as how to incorporate them into a plein air painting. The session will begin with Krystal demonstrating her tips and techniques that have taken her years to curate, followed by focused time to paint. Prerequisite: knowledge of applying paint and appropriate gear to create outdoors is recommended.

Students should bring all of their own plein air supplies and gear to work outdoors. Students will check in at the Art Colony’s Studio 21 which is also the inclement weather location.
