Building a Better Landscape
Cathy will introduce students to basic concepts of landscape composition and a three-step approach to watercolor painting. Students will learn to use concepts of value, intensity and color temperature, and explore color solutions using structured color schemes, to keep color fresh and vibrant. This process will help to loosen up technique, while at the same time teach important painting concepts that apply across all subjects and media.
