Carolyn Swiszcz

Carolyn Swiszcz earned a BFA in printmaking from the Minneapolis College of Art and Design. Her paintings of suburban buildings have a mix of pathos and humor, their textures created with techniques like monoprint, rubbing, and rubber stamp. Her work has been exhibited at Highpoint Center for Printmaking in Minneapolis, Miyako Yoshinaga Gallery in New York, and Steven Zevitas Gallery in Boston. She is a recipient of the Jerome, McKnight, and Bush fellowships. She lives in West Saint Paul, MN.
