Youth Handbuilding Clay Camp (Ages 10 – 14)

Explore a variety of handbuilding techniques through completing three projects, including a slab-built mug, a picture frame, and a unique personalized vessel. Campers will learn to incorporate nature-based items into their pieces, use locally-harvested clay to enhance texture, practice using colored slip, and work from a paper pattern they design themselves. Final pieces will be glazed by the instructor from a choice of two colors and ready for pick up a week later. Should you need items shipped, a separate shipping/handling fee will apply.
