VIRTUAL: Making Joined Vessels in Clay

Rhonda will demonstrate how she creates joined vessel forms using hand building techniques to make connection pieces using a wooden dowel along with other methods. Have your own clay and supplies ready and try it with her as she shares her process.

Supply List

  • Sketchbook/Notebook
  • Writing/Drawing Tools
  • Wet Clay
  • Wooden dowel with a diameter of ¼” or smaller
  • Your own variety of clay tools, ware boards, and banding wheel
  • Optional:
    • Bisque molds 
    • Small bowl(s) to use as a mold
