Drawing: The Experience of Seeing

This introductory class is for the novice or those who would like to dust off rusty skills. Students will begin with simple exercises that will explore the experience of seeing. The class will experiment with a variety of media and processes to open up the possibilities of observation and expression in drawing. Examples of drawing work by a variety of artists will be presented for discussion and students will be asked to practice their drawing between class sessions.
