Aurora Borealis Tiles (Ages 5 – 7)

Students will create a colorful cosmic tile using images of the Aurora Northern Lights as inspiration. Templates of trees and common critters will also be provided or students can use their imaginations to build their own unique silhouette of a Northern Minnesota landscape. Tiles can be used as trivets or wall hangings and will be glazed, fired, and available for pick-up within two weeks.
