Arrow Design Spine

Students will make a three-section soft-cover book using heavy papers and a slipcase.  This book binding creates a decorative sewing on the spine in an arrow design, along with a slip cover that is a variation of the soft-sided case. Once the case structure is learned it is readily adapted to any size book. Both the book and the slip case are suited for use as a journal, sketch book, or letterpress small editions and are a fine addition to your book making repertoire.
