Allison Meredith Healy
Allison Meredith Healy is an illustrator, designer, and woodworker from Red Lake Falls, Minnesota. She earned a BFA in illustration from the Minneapolis College of Art and Design and spent time studying illustration and graphic design at The University of Brighton, in England through the Student Exchange Program. After college, she relocated to Boston, Massachusetts, and spent many years working with a wide range of clients. Her work has appeared in many publications such as book covers, children’s books, magazines, album covers, and applied graphics on various products for both print and web. Before returning to Minnesota, she taught youth classes in visual art and woodworking at the Eliot School of Fine and Applied Arts in Boston. She also runs a small woodworking business, Rooted Relics, where she brings her illustration and design experience to the wooden surface to create custom carvings.
