Clay Sculpture (Ages 9 – 12)

Out of all the different materials a sculptor works with to create three-dimensional art, clay is the easiest to mold, make mistakes in, and fix. Students may choose to sculpt people, animals, or an abstract piece. Preliminary drawings will provide the basis for creations, and John and David will support students as they learn to transfer their drawings into air-drying clay.
