Public Art and Placemaking
All are invited to a community conversation with Jack Becker, Founder and Director of Consulting + Creative Services at Forecast Public Art. As a public artist, administrator, and veteran consultant, Jack specializes in developing projects and plans for communities large and small. He has a special interest in projects that connect the ideas and energies of artists with the needs and opportunities of communities. Jack received a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree from the Minneapolis College of Art and Design, studying under such artists as Siah Armajani, Kinji Akagawa and Andrew Leicester.
